Meet Our Team
Meaghan Wurtz, MS, OTR/L
Founder & Licensed Occupational Therapist
Meaghan is a duel-licensed occupational therapist based in Fargo, North Dakota. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2021. Since then, her professional journey has taken her through a wide range of clinical settings—including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, acute care, inpatient physical rehabilitation, transitional care, long-term care, and veteran affairs. Most recently, she served as a Director of Rehabilitation, a role that further strengthened her clinical expertise and leadership skills.
Despite her broad experience, Meaghan's deepest passion lies in mental health. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults, offering support for a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, sensory processing difficulties, behavioral dysregulation, and executive functioning disorders.
Meaghan utilizes a client-centered and creative approach to therapy, integrating both traditional and non-traditional techniques such as arts and crafts, movement-based activities, cognitive behavioral strategies, sensory modulation, interoception, biofeedback, and grounding techniques. Her goal is to help individuals build resilience, develop meaningful coping strategies, and engage more fully in the activities that bring purpose and joy to life.
Outside of her professional role, Meaghan is a proud mother of twin boys, a wife, and an avid adventure seeker. She enjoys Saturday morning coffee with her family, spending time in nature, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
Sheena Miller, OTD, OTR/L
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Sheena is a licensed occupational therapist from Fargo, ND, who earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2023. She is passionate about community-centered care and has experience in a variety of settings, including community-based mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, memory care, and innovative, non-traditional OT roles. Her work is grounded in making therapy accessible and meaningful—especially in rural and underserved areas.
She completed a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Fellowship with the Veterans Health Administration, where she provided both individual and group therapy, contributed to suicide prevention initiatives, and supported community engagement through coalition-building projects. Sheena’s clinical interests include supporting older adults and individuals navigating anxiety, substance use, cognitive changes, and executive dysfunction. She approaches therapy with warmth, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of everyday activities to foster healing and connection.
Outside of work, Sheena enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading, volunteering, and sharing coffee and conversation with those she loves—including her husband, their dog, and her energetic nephew.
